Terms of Admission

Please Read Carefully

1. Students may be admitted into the Toddler program at 18 months of age.
2. Students may be admitted to the Casa program at 3 years of age, or through graduation from the March Montessori Toddler program.
3. March Montessori school reserves the right to withdraw students from any program if the child's actions are detrimental to the well being of the program or other students in the program.
4. Students with siblings already in the school are given priority where wait lists exist for admission to a program.
5. The school provides a healthy snack for each child as part of the Montessori program.

Terms of Payment

Please read Carefully

1. Registration into the school is confirmed with the non refundable payment of one month's fees for the program in which the child is registered.
2. Once registration is confirmed, post dated cheques or direct payment options must be completed for the remainder of the school year.
3. Should the school require the child to be withdrawn for any reason, the school wiill refund any monies for services not provided.
4. If a parent wishes to withdraw from the school, the school must be given 30 days notice or payment in lieu of notice.
5. The payment of fees is accepted on a monthly basis, however, monthly fees are not prorated based on varying school days in any particular month.
6. If the total annual fee is paid in advance, a five percent discount will apply.
7. Parents will receive a tax deductible receipt for all fees paid to March Montessori school.
8. The only fee levied by the school is the annual tuition, which is paid monthly. No other registration, capital or incidental fees will be levied.
